Makis Katsis

Makis Katsis is Founder and Managing Partner of Consilium Capital. He brings over 32 years of senior experience across corporate banking, structured finance, leasing, and strategic financial advisory. He has held executive leadership roles within leading financial institutions, including General Manager positions in the leasing sector.
Makis spent nearly a decade at Alpha Bank (Greece) in senior management roles, including as Deputy Manager of Business Centers, and contributed to multiple European Central Bank supervisory reviews. His professional background includes complex financings, restructurings, and M&A transactions across diverse industries. He holds a BSc in International Economics, an MBA from Cardiff Business School, and has completed advanced executive training in finance, governance, and ESG.

Tasos Koutris

Tasos Koutris is Partner at Consilium Capital, with extensive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, and strategic advisory. Prior to joining Consilium Capital, he served as Senior Manager within the Advisory Services of Forvis Mazars, advising corporate clients on complex financial and business matters. He also brings long-standing banking experience, having spent 16 years at Alpha Bank (Greece) in senior managerial roles. Tasos’ professional background combines institutional banking expertise with transaction-oriented advisory, supporting clients across a broad range of corporate finance engagements.

Kyriakos Moutsatsos

Kyriakos Moutsatsos has over 9 years of professional experience in financial analysis and business advisory, with a strong focus on supporting strategic decision-making, financial modeling, and business valuation. He spent approximately five years in the Corporate Finance of Alpha Bank, where, as a member of the team, he was involved in mergers and acquisitions transactions, privatizations, and capital markets projects. He subsequently worked in business development and investment advisory, contributing to innovation-focused projects, startup support, and the utilization of growth and financing programs. Kyriakos holds an MSc in Applied Economics & Financial Analysis from the Athens University of Economics and Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

George Koutris

George Koutris has been working with the company since 2026 as a Financial Analyst. He has a background in Finance from the University of Piraeus and has previous professional experience at Forvis Mazars. His responsibilities include supporting the company’s financial analysis, internal reporting, and management decision-making processes.
